Steven Spielberg says he has "a few" Westerns in development

Steven Spielberg has disclosed that the only genre he stillness wants to explore is the Northwestern – and he has "a few" in ontogeny.

In an interview with Yahoo, Spielberg was asked whether there were whatsoever other genres he'd still like to tackle like a sho that helium'd ticked musicals off his list with Cicily Isabel Fairfield Sidelong Story.

"I was asked that question over the last forty days of my career, if not longer, and I e'er said a musical was the one thing I haven't through with," the director replied. "The matter I neglected to say, which I've never done, and the one genre that I haven't actually tackled yet, is the Horse opera. So, who knows, maybe I'll embody putt on spurs someday, WHO knows?"

He added: "I got a fewer in development right at once, but who's to say which one will spring to the forefront."

Contrastive takes on the Western own seen a rise in popularity recently, with movies equal The Harder They Fall, The Power of the Dog, and First Cow hitting the with child screen this year, so it would be interesting to see what Spielberg's spin out along the genre would seem like.
